This policy explains what personal data Rait Group (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit rait-group.com or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have. If you have questions, write to aya@rait-group.com.
Rait Group is a marketing and lead generation agency serving companies in the UAE and the US. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: aya@rait-group.com.
We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to count visits and understand how the site is used. We may also use advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site. These tools may collect information about your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location) and share it with Meta or LinkedIn. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or manage ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn accounts. Blocking cookies does not stop the site from working. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies; you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off until you accept.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, under their own terms and privacy policies:

Our providers operate globally, including in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. We rely on the safeguards these providers offer.
We keep your enquiry and form data for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.
Depending on where you live (for example under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and receive a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email aya@rait-group.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption on this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
The site links to third-party services such as Calendly and WhatsApp. They have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
